Porsche Taycan Turbo S Cross Turismo vs. Monster Jam monster truck

In a crossover we didn’t know we needed, but glad we have, Monster Jam driver Linsey Read challenged Porsche racer Leh Keen to take her own on the dirt at the NRG Stadium inn Houston.

You’d think that it’s silly to put a monster truck and a Porsche on a dirt course, and you’d be correct. While the Porsche is powerful — and fun — it’s not the same as a methanol-fueled V8 and a tubular steel chassis with 66-inch wheels. It’s just not.

Though, both cars are all-wheel drive and have four-wheel steering. Also, it should be noted, both vehicles are driven by trained professionals.

In the grand scheme of things, does this matter? No. Is it cool as heck to watch? Most definitely.
